Project: Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof
John came to look at our roof and told us we had major storm and hail damage. He suggested we call our insurance company. The roof and guttering, plus a shed were paid for by our homeowners. Neither of the other two companies saw the damage and we would have paid out of pocket. The crew was efficient and courteous and we are very pleased with the job they did.

John and his crew did a great job repairing our roof and replacing the skylights. I was impressed by the work ethic of his workers. From the time they arrived until the time they completed the project they were hard at work. When finished you couldn't find any debris nor a nail. I would certainly recommend them.

This Roofing Company was caught 2 times trying to use 20 year shingles instead of the specified 25 year shingles. He has still not completed with the projects that he started in Mid June and he is very hard to get in touch with. He disappeared from all contact for 10 days in the middle of our project. no one should hire this guy and i wish I had not hired him.

Terrible experience. They never answer the phone, it took them forever to start the job (even after I had paid half the total amount), they didn't back their warranty, and worst of all...my roof still leaks! I give them 1 star for having a lower bid than their competitors...but you get what you pay for.

Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof
Terrible Costly Experience - owner (John) inspected roof, promised work in 2 days. Repairs done week later. Saturday morning 2 men and 1 child show up. One man spent 20mins on roof while others played soccer in our backyard. Owner never inspected work as promissed. We called 6 months later for inspection before fall/winter. RTR never followed up. Roof leaked a 2nd time in the same place after heavy rains-RTR promised to inspect next morning but never did. Went with new roofer who fixed real problem right using experienced crew. RTR owner lies, crews don't speak english, and its costing us lots of money.

The job of putting on the roof was done well, but the contractor RTR was very misleading in things he told us like when they would do the job,etc.

They did good work, and had the best price by roughly 25%. It did take more than two months from when the contract was signed before they began the project. The work was finished quickly when they actually arrived.
