Troy is very responsive and has a "can do" attitude.

several things were poorly done and my house was a complete disaster while they were working. Huge gash in the counter they installed, toilet hooked up to hot water, kitchen floor flooded by water pipe left on after being disconnected. electric plug so close to counter a standard cover plate does not fit. They threw away the filters to new microwave oven and didn't replace.Chaarged more than estimate for changes that actually required LESS work.

Unfortunately there were some problems with this project. The client's home was extremely messy and we spent a considerable amount of time cleaning and moving knick knacks which we did not charge extra for. We responded quickly to both of this clients issues. The water in the toilet was fixed with in days after being brought to our attention and they were given money back for the damage to the countertop which we also offered to replace. They chose $$

Troy and his crew did a great job except for a couple of minor things. I appreciated that they were able to schedule me in so quickly and finished it when they said they would. My only negatives were: more expensive than I would normally have paid if I had the time to shop for price and they overestimated quantity on some materials that were expensive and could not be returned so the job cost an extra $80 or so. I would definitely recommend them; they were professional, did a good job and were pleasant to work with.

Troy and his team were excellent - completed job in a timely fashion and were very professional. Will definitely hire them again for other projects!
