The work and speed of doing the work is exceptional. However, this was an insurance job and when we showed him the insurance estimate we were told that it would be no problem to stay in the range. However, when we got the bill from Ryan, it was no where close to the insurance payment. We were on a strict budget and had this done close to Christmas time and this put us in a huge bind because he was so far over budget. This created a huge hardship for me and my family as well as the added stress at holiday time.

Added cost was due, when all new seamless gutter system was added to the project. The insurance company didn't give full amount of payment. My first estimate was the same as final bill except the extra add on. Also homeowner never once said anything about the final bill, thinking insurance company was covering it all.

True to his word. Good selection and quality of product. Used time wisely. Pleasant. He really knows roofing and was trained by my shingle manufacturer. Insured, bonded, etc. Answered all questions.

Ryan an his crew did a good job of replacing our roof. His bid was reasonable, they worked hard, paid attention to detail, cleaned up well and didn't wreck any plants around the house. He also sent in and followed up with the info we would need for a settlement or rebate from the maker of our original shingles.

They did our roof and we're very satisfied.
