Project: Repair a Natural Slate Roof
When we initially called them, they arrived on time and were extremely professional throughout the whol process. When we were having issues with the city about the type of roof that should be used, they showed up for every meeting we had with the city and met with us on numerous occasions to try to resolve the issue. Once the roofing project began, they were efficient, on time, and did a wonderful job. I would strongly recommend RS Roofing because of their honesty, fair pricing, and quality of work.

Project: Install or Replace Traditional Tile Roofing
Responsive: drive from Orange County at rush hour to see my home in San Dimas. Scheduling flexible enough to meet our busy schedule. Great communication. Dan the General Manager instructed his crew chief to call me before work started and after work was finished -- as I requested. What's more, the crew chief actually followed the instructions. Easy to communicate with Dan by email and willing to use PDF copies for estimates and invoicing. Dan had a computer in his truck and was able to prepare a professional quote on the spot. Honestly said I only needed minor maintenance when another roofer said a needed an entire new roof. That saved me $14k. Another roofer’s estimate for the same minor maintenance was $3000 more. RS Roofing has a 2 year warranty, so if there is an issue, they will come back and fix it.

Customer relations and service was excellent. Very informative and helpful in what was to be done and how it was accomplished. No matter what I asked, the answer was "yes". Yes on repairs, painting and clean-up both inside and outside. Very high quality in workmanship and interaction with the president (who was here everyday) and his staff. Not only would I recommend RS Roofing again but I have already done so. Also, I have received many complements on my new roof from friends, neighbors and relatives.

The whole team was very nice and professional. They came right away and gave me a quote. They started the next day and finished all the work promptly. I would recommend them to friends and family and I will use them again.

they did a great job with one exception with the high winds we"ve had lately a few strips of roofing ( 6-7) they mised in cleaning up plus one large piece of paper 2'x4' ended up in my pool.with the exeption of this miner nusance they were great they explained every thing so knew what i was getting,they were on time and very profesional my neighbors love the way it looks.i would recomend them with a 5 star rating!!!!!!

I was impressed with R.S. Roofing and they were right on time for calling me regarding a quote. They came out gave the quote, and gave a follow-up call. The other two company's above did not come out, nor did they call until a day or so later. One company would not "fix" my roof, he wanted to give me a quote for the "entire" roof. When I said no, he then tried to sell me something else. R.S. Roofing employees were professional, courteous and did a great job. As for the price, I have no competition to go by as again, the others would not come out, nor give me a quote.

It was a very good experience. They were very courteious. They gave us a wonderful estimate, they stayed on budget. They left everything clean. It was one of the best companies I have ever worked with, and we've worked with a lot over the years. I would recommend them to anybody.

Did a great job, showed up on time, and were very professional. The only reason for not having a perfect score was because they left many nails in my deck and grass that I cleaned up. Other than that, they were very good!
