They did a good job. They are sincere and honest and that is what I look for in a company.

John, my rep, and Tony, my installer, went above and beyond to get my system installed. There was a mix up in parts and John and Tony worked very late to make it right. Great team!

In the beginning John was quick to point out all the flaws that my old system had, and what a poor job my last guy did. He recommended new cameras and a new DVR. In all fairness the cameras have the quality promised. But that was all. His guys replaced my old cameras with his new ones, replaced the DVR in a hurry and I haven't seen them since. No proper setup, no instructions, very poor customer service. John asked for a full payment upfront! Big mistake! I do not recommend him for a serious business setup.

RSM provided outstanding service and equipment as promised.We advised our customer we would connect the cameras to the internet for local viewing and he would need his IT person to connect it to his large network.We reminded him 2 more times to have his IT at the install.His IT never showed. Instructions were given to the customer then.He then told us that his IT would show up the next day;our tech went back, but his IT didn't show.We called to check back with the customer 2 days later;our call wasn't returned. We called again Mar 21 and reached customer;We asked if IT connected network and if everything was working properly. He said 'yes.'

RSM Security was the highest bidder amongst the companies I contacted, but I chose RSM because I believed the quality would also be the highest. My confidence was rewarded! Exterior wires are well placed and cleverly concealed, and everything worked properly right from the start. The technician was brilliant, patient, and hard working. My only regret is that, because I had them install a system I purchased separately, RSM was very limited in its ability to help me configure and operate the system. However, they did what I paid them to do, and did it exceptionally well. It cost us more, but all we do now is enjoy a very secure home.
