I am attempting to purchase a home, and one of the conditions was that the basement be tested for lead. RSM Lead Inspections came out the next day, was prompt, very knowledgeable, and a true pleasure to deal with. I wish everyone that I had to deal with during this process was as easy to work with! they were professional and completed the job very well. i was looking for more explaination of the report. i called them back and they did help me understand the readings. This would had helped at the time of delivery. good jod well done.

very knowledgable and helpful company. It was a wet and snow when they came to my house. They covered there boots so my floor did not get wet. They were professional and most important they arrived at the scheduled appoitment time 15 minutes early.
