Project: Clear a Clogged or Slow Drain
Arrived at the approximate time they said they would. Charged me the exact amount they quoted me for. I wish it would have been a bit cheaper, but regardless, they saved me a lot of headache and time. In the future, assuming I'm not in a rush, I'm going to try other methods first. If I fail, then I would give them a call again.

Project: Clear a Clogged or Slow Drain
I had water backing up in my washroom basin and washer drain. I contacted ServiceMagic and ALL CERTIFIED PLUMBING immediately contacted me to schedule a service visit within the hour. They had the clog, which was located 25 feet down the drain, cleared up within 20 minutes. The service call charge was $65 which I thought was fair and reasonable, but the next time I have the same problem I think I'll fix it myself for the cost of $35/hr rental of an powered auger machine. As for ServiceMagic and ALL CERTIFIED PLUMBING, I think these are great services.

We had to wait a day for parts to come from out of town. The parts were delivered and installed the next day. I could not ask for betterr service. The service man was more than helpful and knowledgeable.

Hired all Certified Plumbing to replace the kitchen faucet, two bathroom faucets and the shower head. The shower head was very poor quality and it started leaking the day after he installed it. I called and told him the shower head was leaking and he told me I would have to go out and buy a new shower head and I would have to pay him AGAIN to install it! I told him no thank you and just took care of it myself. It should have been done right the first time. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I will never use them again.

Customer only wanted us to buy the cheapest shower head (contractor grade) possible. We told her that they are not good shower heads and she insisted on it anyway. After we installed it,it wasn't leaking, she just didn't like the pressure it had and wanted us to install another one for free.
