R.R Custom Exteriors, Inc., is your one stop shop for all your large and small exterior and interior customized projects. Providing a complete portfolio of interior and exterior completed projects to include design, engineering and conceptual drawings. We have been in the business since 1988, providing top quality, and reliable service to all of our homeowners right here in Clark County and all surrounding areas. . For well over eighteen years our quality workmanship and attention to the smallest detail have set us apart from all others. Our sense of pride is apparent in every project we complete, so do not hesitate to call us today! Unlike many of our competitors, we do not send you a salesman and a crew to complete the work which many times translates into a lack of communication and client discontent. Rhett and Rob, the owners, sell and design every project as well as perform all the building through a satisfied completion. We really enjoy sharing our previous projects with new, prospective clients. Many times taking them to our established clients homes to view completed projects and speak with our clients. Building trust is very important to RR Custom Exteriors Inc. and we go the extra mile to make your building experience as positive as we can. we called three companys for bid . All were very professional and knowledgble. We felt that R.R. customom exteriors knew exactly what we wanted and bid the project very fairly. The deck came out beautiful. He was very fast and clean.

Project: Repair a Deck or Porch
We had R.R. Custom Exteriors complete a re-do on a large elevated deck. The team showed up when expected, were easy to work with, and cleaned up the workspace each day. The quality of their work was excellent and the cost came in as they had bid. We were very pleased with the experience and would not hesitate to use them again on a project.

Rob did a great job on my kitchen.I had a new pergo laminated floor put down and it looks great and so easy to clean.He also hooked up amicrowave,oven and dishwasher.We also had new granite countertops and they are beautiful.He did a great job!Thanks!

Timely, responsive, on schedule and did what they said they would and when they said they would do it. Never had to wonder where they were or when they would show up. Very appreciated. Offered some excellent suggestions. Very professional and excellent quality of work.

The work on our project was of the best quality. He dealt calmly with changes to the project and kept in touch throughout. He was done on time, maintained a very neat workspace and did what he said he would. I would highly recommend him to others.

Project: Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch
We chose R.R. Custom exteriors from a list of service providers referred by Service Magic . They were not the lowest bidders for the project of the seven bids we received. This is without a doubt the best experience we have ever had with regard to selecting a contractor to work in our home in 40 years! The work ethic demonstrated by Rob and Rhett was outstanding. They were here every morning at 8:30 and when they walked on site the work started, no hanging around discussing things! If it was pouring down rain, they were out there working in it! The quality of their work was as good as it gets and if we asked for additional items they were taken care of. Sub contractors arranged for by Rob and Rhett demonstrated the same work ethic. They came when they were supposed to, performed their speciality cleaned up any mess they made, and left. The payment schedule was basically a "pay as you go " system. We made a small down payment and then paid the appropriate amount as each phase was completed. Everyone associated with this project was well groomed - as well groomed as you can be while performing the work they were performing- and at no time was there any course language used . When they finished the job they cleaned up and took away any mess that may have been created during the couse of the project and each phase of the work, from the holes dug for the footing to the framing and roofing was inspected by a city inspector. I plan to have additional work done in the future and as I told Rob, there won't be any bid procedure for those jobs! R.R.Custom Interiors is my contractor for anything that needs doing! The other bidders referred by Service Magic presented themselves well and I'm sure would have done a good job but we were impressed with the presentation by R.R.Custom exteriors. I absolutely, without reservations, recommend R.R.Custom Exteriors to anyone interested in quality performance.

Project: Remodel a Kitchen
Amazing! They did a full kitchen remodel for us in addition to replacing all of our flooring on the first level of our home. They also installed double french doors and did a lot of other work on our main floor.They were very easy to work with. They gave us great ideas about how to do a remodel. They stayed within our tight budget but went way beyond what was expected of them. They were prompt every single day on the job. They were efficient and made the most of there time here. They gave us plenty of notice when each phase of the project would be done so we could prepare for it. They were trustworthy and we felt comfortable coming and going into our home on their own. We would definitely use them again and we give them the highest recommendation. We consider ourselves extremely lucky to have them as our contractors. Miss seeing their faces around the house.
