I needed my new dishwasher to be put in place, so I went through this site to get a plumber which I did, T=the Plumber I hired came in to fix my dishwasher, after 2 weeks my dishwasher was coming out of its place so I called to have it fixed right, the plumber was so rude on the phone and told me he wouldn't come to fix it until I pay him again...this is absurd, why do I have to pay you twice for the same job?

The statement 'new dishwasher' is misleading being that is was a used dishwasher, though that is beyond the point. The job which you hired us to do was to install the dishwasher's water supply and the drain, which was completed and tested. The problem, as you stated, is something w/in the dishwasher- this is not our area of work. We feel terrible that you felt we were rude because we suggested that you should consult a dishwasher repairman, and another reinstallation of the plumbing aspect would be another charge. Rudeness is never part of any interpersonal communication that we conduct in our business.
