Project: Install or Replace a Water Heater

Showed up on time, source of the problem was a leaky pipe, not the water heater, he fixed this. Another company quoted 2500 and up and their price kept going up. I like that rooter man fixed what was wrong and there was no "sell up" pressure. Seems way more honest if you ask me....

My house is old and so is the plumbing. Rob came and fixed the valve leak so I could go away for a few weeks. Then I had him back to to the full repair. I am very pleased with the work done and plan to use Rooterman in the future.

The gentleman was very courteous. He offered a lifetime discount plan - that we purchase and have already used. Had to come back a couple times being that there was more than one issue. Very competent - will work with them again!
