Project: Install or Replace a Microwave Oven
This was for a microwave installation which was too difficult for Home Depot to do (venting, electric issues). He responded to ServiceMagic nearly immediately. His price was excellent (half of Sears), and was attempting to make it on Sunday, but could not. He stayed in touch, and when he was running late on Monday, let me know before the fact, feedback you almost never find. When he arrived, he and his assistant went right to work. They explained problems and offered choices. They worked quickly and efficiently. Only negatives -- the exhaust fan needed a 5 minute fix, and Mr. Moreno mumbles on phone and live. He needs to speak clearly.

Exceptional prompt service. Was willing to come to the house at 7:30 pm during a major emergency ceiling leak during storm! Thoroughly assessed the cause of the leak and explained everything throughout the process. Would definitely hire him again for all future home projects. Reliable, stayed on schedule and great customer service. Would highly recommend Ron if you want a professional, courteous, quality contractor for your home project whether large or small.

Project: Mount TV on Wall
Ronald provided perfect service and excellent workmanship when mounting my TV in the wall. He and I both found out my wall had metal studs instead of wooden studs. Ronald adjusted on the fly and got the TV up without any hesitation. He also beat the competition's quoted price by $100. If you are looking for a trustworthy individual who will explain what he has to do and why, and also provide good service, Ronald is a great choice. I'm 100% satisfied.
