From the initial visiit through the repair and completion of the repair, Raymond was knowledgeable, informative and gave me a sense of relief dealing with someone who "knew what he was doing". I would highly recommend RNA and if needed in the future, will hire him again.

RNA is one of the best professional contractors I have ever used. They did an exceptional job of setting up my home theatre system. They were extremely prompt and very meticulous in making sure that everything worked perfectly. In addition, they estimated that the setup would take about 2-3 hours. It actually took considerably more time but they did not propose increasing their fee. And the customer service was exceptionaly. In addition to ensuring that everything was working perfectly, they worked with me to make certain that I understood how everything worked. I am so pleased that I selected RNA and I highly recommend them.

Very professional, they really care about making sure the customer is completely satisfied, went way above and beyond what I expected them to do. I am very non-technical and they were great about answering my questions and not making me feel like an idiot for asking them. Good company.
