He seems to be an honest person, but this lack of follow-through tarnished the experience. He took the time to explain the work he would do, he was courteous in our home and he cleaned up well. It was Sunday and we needed to get someone to come out and fix it before it caused any damage. After calling numerous companies, Ray was the only one who called back right away and understood our situation. He told me that he was at his father's birthday party, but could come over in the afternoon. Ray came on time when he promised, fixed the leak and cleaned up. We really appreciated his dedication to customer service and we have not had a problem with the leak since.
