The project was just completed today, the quality will have to pass the test of time.....but Carlos was very easy to do business with and he everything he said he would plus more.

He did not take the reponsability to do a good job and left things undone that a good contractor in good faith would not have done, and I am not happy with the results.

This project was done 1 year ago and I was never notified that you were not happy. The agreement we had was to replace the concrete slab inside the garage. The garage structure was crooked before any work was done by RLS, which could only be repaired by a carpenter. The Village of Glenview requires a pre pour inspection along with a final inspection. We passed both inspections. Rls requires a 50% down payment before any work is done and a 50% payment when the work is complete. If the work was not done to your standards, we should have been notified and we would have not taken any payment until the homeowner was completely satisfied!

They were professional, Very well priced, listened to the customer, kept the area they were working on clean and neat. There was a slight miscommunication between the contractor and workers which pushed the project back one day....but with the good weather we had it was NOT a big deal. They did a great job on my concrete patio and boarder aroung my sunroom. They were the BEST contractors that I have had the pleasure of working with.. Can't wait to hire them to do my driveway!!!
