Telephone response was quick. The repairman arrived late, but that was not a problem on that day. He readily answered my questions and explained clearly what my options were and the costs. The work was done in a timely manner, with assurances of a return if there were any problems.

Project: Upgrade an Electrical Panel or Wiring
I had my meters moved outside and fuses upgraded to circuit breakers. Communication and work by electrician were both excellent. He also followed up with National Grid and the City of Buffalo to get the ball rolling with the permit and inspection process. All around great job.

JIM CAME AND GAVE AN ESTIMATE THE SAME DAY I CONTACTED SERVICE MAGIC. HE CAME UP WITH THE SIMPLIST SOLUTION TO MY NEEDS AND GAVE ME A MOST REASONABLE ESTIMATE. HE COMPLETED THE WORK EFFICIENTLY, CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF AND STAYED TRUE TO HIS ESTIMATE EVEN THOUGH THE JOB TOOK LONGER THAN ANTICIPATED. I WAS SO PLEASED WITH HIS WORK THAT I HAVE ENGAGED HIM TO DO SOME ADDITIONAL WORK IN MY BASEMENT. I RECOMMEND HIM FOR ELECTRICAL WORK WITHOUT RESERVATION.

Fantastic response time, very quick visit for estimate. Entire process was completed from contact to job completion within 6 days. The electrician who came out was very professional, very personable, and extremely polite. Would gladly do business with them again.

RLC was good, the negative was that I couldn't get in touch with him for a few days, when he came in to do the job he did not offer to take off his shoes and we had to clean up the grease or dirt that was left behind on the rugs in the house. I want to say that it was partly my fault for not asking him to take off his shoes or put something on his shoes or for me to put down a throw rug of some sort. His work was very good, he was in and out job done in a timely manner. I think if I should all him back again for electrical work, I will ask him to put a rug down or something on his shoes. It was a mess and my wife cleaned it with cleaner.
