RLC Construction

RLC is fabulous to work with and I could not be more pleased with my new kitchen island!

Rick with RLC has been incredible to work with since the first day we met him. It actually has not felt like a business agreement but more like working with a good friend making recommedations, having us visit his shop to see his work, to the final masterpieces of work that he has installed....custom made wetbar with granite and a granite fireplace that is to die for! I don't give out many cards but so far have given out 3 of Ricks to people I know...he is that good! We also have asked that he do another piece for us! Not to mention when the kitchen remodel is ready to go...Rick is who we are calling!

We were very pleased with Rick's work and would hire him for other projects.

RLC Construction did a beautiful job on our custom cabinets. We love them, and the price was fair. The reason I am not happy in the long run was the lack of communication. Weeks and Weeks would slowly go by with no word... as we tried to live with a kitchen unfinished. The lack of emails, phone calls kept us waiting, often wondering what was going on. It is too bad too, because Rick the owner seems like a very nice man and he does a wonderful job on his wood working, but the time it took and the lack of communciation seemed to spoil the whole experience.

The customer failed to mention that during the process our electrician left multiple e-mails and voice mails trying to sch. with them a good time for all. They would not respond and therefore the job would drag on a little. Also they never signed my contract and the payments were never paid as the draw sch showed. The customer also at the end decided to find their own granite and painter which was included in the orig. contract. I had already had them sch. Maby we both had a little lack of communication. They are really nice and all ended well as far as I am concerned.

Project quote was very competive. Rick listened carefully to what was wanted and made really good suggestions for changes, Workmanship was very good quality and the project was finished on time. Very happy with the project.

We thought RLC would be too expensive for our budget, but Rick worked with us and we were thrilled with the end results. Excellent work, extremely professional, showed up when he said he would, cleaned up and finished ahead of schedule. We were so pleased with the work, we had him upgrade our bedroom with a wood floor and painting. We also had him install a large ceiling fan. Very positive experience and we will most certainly use them again in the future.

So far, great. We are still in the middle of the project

RLC Construction promised us a bathroom remodel in 2 weeks. Due to a lack of commnication and consistent missed appointments we were without our bathroom for 5+ weeks and severly overbudget. We are happy with the final result, but would not recomend RLC Construction because of the huge hassle of dealing with no shows and constant unprofesionalism.

What the customer failed to mention was that it took her TWO weeks to pick out fixtures and paint. After painting with her colors she was not happy with her selection. She picked new colors and we repainted entire room FREE. I take a lot of pride in every job. The best way to go over budget is generally in selection of produts not included in original bid.

Rick Cooper and RLC Construction proved to be the correct choice for our project, we will use them again in the future.
