Great job. He took a lot of initiative by stopping by to look at damage to my house before I contacted him just because he was in the area. He gave me a quote over the phone the first time I talked to him.

Rob was by far the best person to do the job. It may have taken longer than I would have liked but that is because Rob takes pride in his work and the siding had to be ordered.Would highly recommend RKO Construction .

Rob came by just 2 days after my initial request. We were expecting Hurricane Irene and I was concerned about a leak from old and cracking siding/caulking in my 2nd story foyer picture window. He was able to come back just before the storm and fix the window and a few other minor siding/caulking issues. Even with all the rain and heavy wind....no more leak. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely hire him again!!
