I had feared that RJR was only for very upscale customers but since the consultation was free I scheduled one. Was quickly reassured that RJR was ready to work within my budget. Compared with another possibility that Service Magic suggested and felt most comfortable with RJR. Work is done now and I'm VERY happy with the results. And he was great at explaining everything, and will continue to answer my questions, come back again if necessary, reprogram my universal remote if necessary, etc. And the final total exactly matched the contracted amount. All wonderful!
