It took them 4 months to install it, it sat in our garage for over 2 months, and when it got installed it leaked air, the door frame was not even on the concrete slab and the trim on the top was warped, he came out saw what was wrong and said he would fix it, he never came back, since then water came pouring into it .We found out he did not put it together following the manufacturing specification required.
