This is for my rental home, and my tenants said the tech was very professional. He was very direct with me by phone on costs and whatnot. If needed, I will use him again in the future.

Project: Repair Natural Gas or Propane Furnace / Forced Air Heating System
Eric was so thorough and personable when he came to my dads inspection that i had him come to repair my own furnance that had been diagnosed 3 yrs ago as needing to be replaced for a controller card. Eric cleaned the carbon build up out of a pressure guage and for chump change we had heat again. I call him Awesome Eric and have been bragging on him all week

Annual inspection of three A/C and heating units. Was very thorough. Reasonably priced. Didn't try to do additional work or add-ons. Very cordial and easy to deal with.

My A/C had been tripping the breaker, and multiple people were unable to diagnose the problem correctly. It took Eric a few tries, but he was able to fix it (no payment requested until the problem was solved). He is very informative and I have recommended him to a couple of people already.
