R.I.A is the best. They replaced the siding on my house and did an outstanding job. Best of all, their pricing cannot be beat. I got 3 estimates from various places and R.I.A quoted $900 less than my lowest quote from another vendor for vinyl siding. Ivan is the man, he hooked it up big time.

Ivan and RAI construction were in the middle of the bids we received. After I acknowledged that his experienced superseded mine, and asked his option on things, I grew to trust his judgement. They did a really great job, and I am truly amazed at what a hard working crew they all have been. I also recommend blogging the process... We are all better performers when the camera is rolling. Great service and an excellent siding product! We have received many compliments on the house. They were polite and very professional starting from the estimate to the finished siding installation. They cleaned up the yard at the end of every day, never leaving scrap or debris in the yard. Can't say enough about their professional service, we will use Ivan and RIA Construction again.
