Project: Remodel a Bathroom

RH Contracting was great to work with on my bathroom mini-remodel. Even though the job was small, owner Roy Howard treated it as if I were his biggest, most important client. From the day I first contacted him for an estimate, Roy was prompt, responsive and professional. Every detail and question was confirmed in writing within 24 hours. He shopped with me for items “to be supplied by owner,” and he and his staff gave consistently good advice. If I changed my mind on an issue (which I did), or added in something else (which I also did), RH Contracting rolled with it. They continued to give fair prices on my changes/additions (no soaking of the captive customer with high change-order fees!!), and continued to be prompt in scheduling and completing the next step. Staff members Tom, Paul and Chris were all a pleasure to work with -- friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Each type of work (tile repair, painting, custom cabinetry, lighting, plumbing) was done skillfully and each time the place was left in spotless condition. The job was completed on time and on budget. In addition, even after all fees were already paid in full, RH Contracting responded within 24 hours when I asked them to stop by and check out the water-flow from my new sink (it was a design “feature” of my new faucets, which Tom quickly diagnosed and fixed). I recommend RH Contracting very highly.

Project: Remodel a Basement

RH Contracting did a great job renovating our basement. The final price was a bit over the estimate but still under a lot of other estimates. They were transparent and explained all charges, both for the original estimates and any change orders. They were professional and courteous and would use them again for any other large home improvement job.

President Roy Howard and his operations manager Anthony met me on the initial meeting and provided an estimate shortly. References were excellent They have followed through with all items identified as well as an additional items that I requested. They are very professional and also down to earth. They communicate on a timely basis. The men who have done the work are also communicative and professional. Dan and his men were great. Although the weather delayed the project somewhat, the men still worked diligently even under adverse conditions. I would do additional work with RH Contracting in the future

So far I am amazed by your politeness, consideration and how quick so far the job is going I wish I had millions I would really fix this place up maybe every year for a couple years we could work on some things, I am excited that our old dungeon of a basement is going to look modern and feel more safe for the children.
