I spoke with the owner and he appeared to be very customer service oriented. I rated good but quite frankly, it really is impossible to rate a company competently when one task has been performed where you can't see any results (at least not until next Spring).  I will say I was impressed how quick the responses were after my input - I no sooner completed my input into my computer and the phone rang!    See All Ratings
