Project: Repair or Service a Heat Pump
As soon as I hit the submit button, I got a call from the dispatcher (TJ). I had an emergency with no heating in my house so it was fairly cold inside. They responded immediately & was at my house within 1-1/2 hojurs to resolve my problem & supply me with heat. Their price was much reasonable than others. The only minor thing is that the dispatcher quoted a lower service charge than what the technician charge which was only a $20 difference but still much reasonable than most for a weekend emergency. The Technician was very knowledgale, professional & pleasant. I would hghly recommend.

Immediately responsive following my servicemagic project request. Got to the house quickly, on a weekend, talked with me about the diagnosis, had available parts for the fix and I felt it was reasonably priced. The technician, Mike, was professional, polite, informative and trustworthy.

From the first phone call I was impressed. TJ did not try to convince you that you needed something more than what you need. He came in the house with shoe covers on, very professional, to the point and fast. We were very pleased that he was able to fix a problem that would we would have to endure for years to come.
