Detailed and thorough in completing the project. Replaced thermostat and checked all wiring including furnace connections. Ensured everything was running properly before leaving and offered suggestions on maintance and upgrades if and when necessary.

This company is a joke. They string you along and want to charge for many hours without fixing the problem. The owner was cussing me out for not wanting to stay with them. This is not a company that I would recommend ever!

We set a convenient time for the appointment and the service provider came on time. He checked the furnace and the air conditioner, and he charged exactly what he had said he would charge for doing both. It was later that I was told the price was a bit too high for what needed to be done.

I will have to say they did get out the next day, & it was one of the hottest days of the year, they didnt get the noise out and did not come back, or call when they said they would

When I met Jason at my parents house he was very profesional & cortious, explained the details of the repair & gave us a bid that was beyond comptive. He repaired their unit in the time discussed & eaven went over & above & repaired/replaced parts that was missing. I would recommend REEis company for any heating or a/c repair or install.There is not many honest contractors left these days & REEis is one of them. Thankyou
