Overall a fantastic experience- we had a large move during January- and Rob and his team were very accommodating and cheerful. He provided humor, advice and reassurance throughout the whole process. I think he may have even guaranteed the temperature stayed above freezing. Rain did not deter them in the least! Don't hesitate to call, I don't ever want to move again, but if it ever becomes necessary, I'm calling RDS.

Was not told that they would need two trips. Was surprised that the truck was smaller than expected. Price did stay as quotaed though and the workers were friendly and receptive to my requests.

Rob and his team were right on time to get the job done. They were also patient when the customer had an initial setback that delayed the start of the project. The team had a great friendly attitude and were very accommodating. It was a pleasure to work with them!
