you get what you pay for. They are friendly, on time and work hard but I had to call them back out and over again to fix mistakes. First they left the garage door open so my dog got in the house and ran over wet finish. Then they locked him in a room where the only way out was to come across the floors and never told me or my wife about it.. he got out again and wrecked the floors, I had to pay them to fix. Then they didnt sand out all the dog tracks, so they had to come back out again. Then they used the wrong finish, had to call back out again. Now i still have issues but sick of having to call over and over again, will fix myself
