Project: Repair a Brick or Stone Fireplace (Gas)
Rusty agreed to meet me early Saturday morning to take a look at my existing gas log fireplaces as well as present a quote/bid for a new insert for my upstairs fireplace. I can't thank him enough for quickly uncovering an issue I had with my downstairs gas log and advising me on what I need to do to properly maintain each one until I am ready to purchase a new unit. Rusty really knows how to take care of his customers. I highly recommend him for anyone who wishes to be treated with honesty and respect. Thanks again for your help!

Project: Install a Gas BBQ
Rusty and crew replaced an old gas barbeque on our deck with a new BeefEater grill. Customer service was fast and friendly. I'd contemplated buying a grill and converter kit from a warehouse store. Glad I elected to have Rusty do all the work :) I'm confident I have a much better product and will enjoy it for years to come.

They converted my propane grill to natural gas...very responsive, did great work. Would be happy to recommend them to others.

Project: Install or Replace a Major Gas Appliance
Although we had a little problem connecting because Raban had some computer issues with receiving messages, the actual service was excellent. We had counters replaced and installed a new gas cooktop. When the counter installers removed the old cooktop they turned off the gas to the entire house which shut down the pilot lights to our gas fireplaces. Once the new cooktop was installed Rusty also checked the fireplaces and made sure the pilot lights were re-lit. Very professional and thorough.
