Robert Pike founded RCP Inspections (Residential/Commercial Property Inspections) in December of 1994, after 18 years in construction and 17 years as a Realtor. We believe, with the experience in both fields, we can better understand the clients' needs. Our narrative report is especially designed for easier understanding of the properties conditions. We continually upgrade our system of reporting. Each report comes with a video taping which highlights the conditions reported. He did a great job inspecting the property. Checked the roof and the crawl space. Gave a lot of insight on condition and repairs needed. He also video taped the entire property which is very helpfull so you can review the property at home. He was on time for the apointment.
