I was extremely happy with the service provided by RCI corp Design and Build. The owner is an excellent manager, customer oriented and extremely responsive, It was a pleasure working with him and I enthusiasticly reccomend his company. He and his team were professional from start to finish. He replaced broken bricks at the front of my house and spent time looking through various brick yards to find closly matching bricks. It is hard to to tell now that they were replaced. I have recommended his company to other friends and and I am now working with him on a bathroom remodeling project and i am sure he will do a great job.

Excellent contractor! He was patient, friendly, and had great ideas. Honestly, I couldn't ask for someone better. He had references and pictures of past work. He didn't charge for the construction plans. He offered a scheduled payment plan for each phase of the project. He was on site daily checking on work. He called daily to give updates, and he was very flexible to changes. The workers were friendly, and they cleaned up everything daily. At the end of the day it was like they were never here, it was so clean. I would definitely use RCI Corp!

Dick and his team did a very good job on our complete kitchen remodel. He was responsive to our questions, willing to work with our budget constraints, and provided valuable design suggestions that really helped our projected.

They finished the job in a timely manner, kept on budget and communicated well.

We hired RCI to convert our old 1 car garage into a large 2 car garage. Dick Christ was very knowledgeable and had some great design suggestions. One of which was to create a large storage area above the garage with a door into the upper level of our house. We can either use the pull down stairs to go from the garage to the storage area, or walk in directly from inside our house. Our garage is now the envy of the neighborhood.

I have done several projects with Richard and every time he has done excellent work at a reasonable price. Richard and his crew built a two car garage addition for me and I was so impressed I hired them again to replace the siding/trim on the rest of the house. I was impressed with the superb quality of the work and Richard's great suggestions and attention to detail. I would definitely use and recommend RCI Corp for future projects.

Hired Dick Christ because he was an Architect & a contractor. I wanted to raise a floor, a roof and move walls. He had very good ideas, but the execution was somewhat sloppy at times. I ended up doing the design myself and Christ made his plans accordingly. I upgraded a kitchen I had partially renovated 10 years prior. This project was for my dream kitchen and it worked out pretty well given the constraints of my 70 year old row house. Overall I would say that I was 80% satisfied. But, I had to stay on top of this project every step of the way. Main complaint is contractor wasn't on site himself enough and didn't always listen to me.

The project required constant supervision due to the constraints of the space and the amount of furniture in the work area that could not be moved during construction. The customer is correct on most points and certainly it was a learning point for both of us. In the end she was happy with the work and the attention to detail that the project received.

In November 2008, RCI gutted and renovated a bathroom for me, and made a major renovation to the stairs leading to the top floor of my 1950 Cape Cod house, which required the removal of part of two walls. Their work was of high quality, cleanly carried out, and completed on time. The workmen were courteous and paid attention to details. Mr Krist visited the work regularly to check its quality and to consult with me about options, and always returned my phone calls promptly. His background as an architect as well as a general contractor was apparent in the quality of the design suggestions he made as the job progressed.

When selecting a contractor, RCI Corp. was the most responsive and showed a sincere interest in our project. Their owner, Richard Christ, is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of renovation projects and was able to make several helpful suggestions. Although our project is still in process, we are very pleased with RCI Corp. to this point. Their staff of electricians, plumbers, carpenters, painters, HVAC, etc. have all been very polite and professional. They have gone out of their way to minimize the burden on us and have left the job site in good order each day.

Finished the work in a highly capable and timely fashion. The new bathtub and wall tile look very nice. They also were able to address surprises (e.g., unexpected presence of plaster surrounding bathtub and tile).
