I was a little worried at first. What I like about ruy is that ANY questions I have he will answer them, he will explain to me exactly what is happening and why as I am there to see it. I am always given the information and then the choices. I was able to visually see that the jo was way bigger than just one little area and they made sure I understood everything before continuing, they even took pictures before they had to demo things.
