Our carpet was very soiled and what we considered uncleanable but our carpet technician proved is wrong and did a fabulous job! Would definitely bring them back

I had my couches cleaned and they looked great afterwards, but I was disappointed with the customer service. He was late and did not call until 15 minutes after the scheduled time to tell me he was on his way.

The carpet and couch look brand new. We were so happy with the professional work. He even put down plastic corners so as not to drag his cord against our paint. WE WILL CALL RICKY NEXT TIME!!

We used R/C Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning for both our carpet cleaning, and house cleaning for a move with the Navy. Rick and his team were professional, efficient and when he was done, the house was cleaner than when we first moved in! Would definitely recommend his services!

Well, Rick the technician, was very professional. He gave me a very fair estimate and he was extremely courteous and mannered. He and I scheduled to have the carpet cleaned on Saturday. He did a perfect job! I am so happy with the results. I will recommend him to all my friends and associates as well. Rick is a teffic guy and his work and price is unbeatable.
