Project: Analyze a Structural Issue (Structural Engineer)
Needed a simple laminated beam dimension, based on structural needs, and to meet code requirements, for three beams. They sent someone the next day, but it took them well over a week to produce a simple drawing with dimensions and a two page list of specs. Something my builder could have done in an hour. But I needed the engineers stamp. And that's what I paid for. They are expensive, too, considering the "ten hours" of "research" it took them. The specs were incomplete and required two phone calls to get them corrected.

They returned my call immediately, scheduled an appointment for two days later, and were faxing me my new surveys within days. We also needed a topo survey for our pool. They called several times to ask questions and make sure that things were just right. Extremely professional.
