I was extremely pleased with the response time to return the call in less than an hour. Appointment to come out the next day, they provided a time they would call before they came, they called at exactly that time. They found the problem, ordered a part, returned the next day and fixed it. I had a question the following day and again I received a call back within 15 minutes or so. I have not had this customer service from anyone in a long time. We were very pleased and would highly recommend R.B Cooling and Heating

Very professional quality work, saved about 40% of the cost estimated by other contractors, Very honest, professional guy, Got all the receipts for equipment and materials, was not overcharted in anyway. Highly recomend this contractor for any AC work

They replaced my old central AC system. They worked with my schedule and came when they said. Professional clean job. Outside unit and piping neatly installed, better than ever. They did this in one day. Super job!!!!

Rich is a very pleasant young man who gained his knowledge of air conditioning on the job. He's very knowledgeable of systems and was quick to determine my problem. One that my first company missed. The part that he replaced was under warrantee, something that I wouldn't have known, which to me indicated his honesty.
He also seems to work for a living wage as his prices are very reasonable.
In addition, he shows up when scheduled.
I have already booked him for yearly service and would recommend to my family and friends.

R.B. Cooling & Heating did a great job installing my new furnace and AC system. Rich and his crew were very professional and helpful in answering my questions and recommending a new system. The pricing for the job was fair and just as important - they showed up when they said the would. They did this all at a time when they were extremely busy during the recent heat wave. I'm very happy with their service and would use them again on future projects.

I had 3 contractors come to my house the 1st and 2nd did nothing but send a salesman to sell me a new airconditioning system. Richard was the last contactor to visit and within 3 minutes he took my condenser apart brought out some testing equipment and told me that all I needed was a capaciter at this time. He returned with the part the next day and did the insallation!!! We talked about a future a/c brand new with a highly rated company; York I believe within the next couple of years where mine is older and probably bite the dust. Thank You Richard Berg the only contactor that ACTUALLY came to diagnose and fix a problem!! Paul Q
