The plumber was professional, timely and very meticulous. I had a problem a couple of weeks later and he came back to check on it and wound up fine-tuning the installation AND DIDN'T CHARGE ME. I can't say enough about his professionalism. I'd hire him again in a minute!

Honest and earnest. I just recommended Mr. Carroll to my Doctor. I would never risk making such a rec. unless I were sure he was of the highest caliber. I'm actually looking forward to the next plumbing 'event' in my home...no longer a source of dread for me, thanks to Doug Carroll.

Project: Clear a Clogged or Slow Drain
Very nice young man. He was able to fit us into his schedule the same day. He called when he was on his way and arrived promptly. He stayed until he was sure that his work was up to his expectations. Affordable price. I would definitely recommend him. I made sure to get one of his cards before I let him leave.

Realized from my description that my old unit had had it and was able to come late afternoon and replace the old unit the same day I called. Did not mind coming late afternoon and working until after 7:00.

After dealing with the ref contractor from HomeDepot I got on line and ran across your site - then I got lucky and got Mr. Carroll. He called me about 10-15 mins later and set up a deal. The deal was done that day and completed by the end of the day. I was satisfied by all that was done by Mr. Carroll.

Doug first came to give me an estimate, which I accepted. It was considerably lower than other quotes I had received. He came at the appointed time to do the job (installation of a pressure-balancing valve in a bathroom shower) and completed it in a professional manner.
