The tile had been down for nearly 20 years and had lost its shine. We tried everything you could buy at the store and nothing worked. R&R came in and less than 30 minutes time had the floor looking better than brand new. I never knew my grout was gray in color. that black color I was so used to was grime between the tiles. Their rates were fair and the work was excellent. I plan to use R&R again for other projects around the house. I say, use them because you will; not be sorry!
