Project: Repair Carpentry Framing
Had vents put on roof was not able to see actual work being done cutting and placement of vents but found six vents we're hastily cut and placed rather quickly and later discovered on second item done attic ladder they we're constantly in a hurry and quality was below pare and more time could of made quality a priority over speed attic ladder was done in a hurry and mistakes made

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
The garage was flooded 3 times by the plumbing.The inspector made the plumber to redo the plumbing because the plumbing was hanging to low in the garage. The toilet is off center. They missed some of the touch-up doing with the painting and demaned to be paid before the final inspection was done. I

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
Very professional. I had multiple problems arise from another contractors work, while Rob and Ron were working on the bathroom we contracted them for. As the issues arose, they helped fix them. Not only was their work outstanding, but their customer first attitude never faltered as they were asked to do more than what was contracted. I would HIGHLY recommend R&M construction to everyone. It's hard to find that one business that prides itself on customer satisfaction, and I'm glad I found R&M. Thank you guys for helping my mom without taking advantage of her.

ROB ND RON ARE AWESOME. VERY PROFFESSINAL,FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. THEY COMPLETED THE PROJECT IN RECORD TIME.THEY ALWAYS HAD A POSITIVE ATTITUDE AND WILLING TO HELP.THEY ARE WHAT EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALL ABOUT AND ON A SCALE FROM 1-10 I GIVE THEM A 20.I WOULD RECCOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE THAT IS LOOKING TO REMODEL ETC...THEY ARE HIGHLY TRAINED AND CAN DO ANYTHING WHEN IT COMES TO HOME REPAIR. GOOD JOB GUYS YOUR DAD MUST BE VERY PROUD.THANKS AGAIN FOR A JOB WELL DONE RHONDA AUXIER

Project: Repair Damage from Dry-rot, Water or Pests
Nice guy and very helpful. Contacted me several times before completing the work. Great customer service. The work was completed on time. My only complaint is that when he removed a side wood piece from the house to repair the dry rot damage, he installed it with the rough side out. The board was not of the greatest quality...on side rough and one side smooth. I am sure he would have returned to make the switch but I never gave him the chance.

Rob and his helper were great! A couple of glitches in getting the siding but it was promptly ordered and the job was finished when they said it would be. We will be calling again. By the way...Let Rob know the sensor worked like a charm last night!!! Thank you thank you!
