Service was originally scheduled for Friday and Rob called Thursday to say he & his dad were laying a hardwood floor and were unable to come Friday. We agreed to Tuesday and Rob cleaned the carpet by himself while dad finished the flooring project. I was quite pleased with the carpet when he finished..

MY HUSBAND AND I ARE BOTH IN THE MILITARY AND HAVE MOVED A TOTAL OF 17 TIMES BETWEEN THE 2 OF US IN THE PAST 13 YEARS, EACH TIME HAVING TO HIRE SOMEONE TO CLEAN OUR CARPETS. USING R&B HAS BY FAR BEEN THE ABSOLUTE BEST EXPERIENCE WE HAVE HAD! TIMELY, COURTEOUS, KIND, HELPFUL, KNOWLEDGEABLE & MULTI-FACETED THIS COMPANY IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST WE HAVE FOUND! NOT ONLY DID WE UTILIZE THEM FOR OUR CARPETS BUT WE ALSO HAD THEM CLEAN OUR COUCHES ( WHICH TURNED OUT LIKE NEW!) , AND HAD THEM CLEAN AND RE-SEAL OUR TILE ( IT TOO SHIMMERS LIKE NEW)! WE CAN NOT WAIT TO SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT THEIR EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!

Carpet still showed stains in some areas which I was able to remove with a small amount of scrubbing as carpet was still wet. Carpet stayed damp for over 24 hours even with fans running.

Father and Son team who are very professional and work well together did a whole house carpet and upholstery cleaning in one day, did an excellent job will definitely use them again in the future.
