Quick response. Job done the same day and he pointed out problems he found that are not his expertise to fix Friendly. I may also contract him for some painting. Satisfied customer.

Project: Clean Gutters and Downspouts
We are very pleased with the performance of Roland Spotti of R.A. Spotti Sr. Painting who cleaned our gutters--overall approximately 300' in length. He arrived on time. We discussed the work and to watch for the birds who built a bird bath in a back section. He carefully positioned his ladders and avoided any damage to the extensive plantings around the foundation of our house. He collected all of the leaves neatly and cleanly as he proceeded. His price was reasonable. His effort was first class professional. We highly recommend him and will have him clean our gutters again in the fall.

Roland was easy to deal with and stuck to his quoted price even though I asked him to do a few "extra's". He not only cleared my gutters but he made adjustments to the gutter guards to prevent birds from building nests in the downspouts in the future. I would definitely use his company for future projects.
