RAM was very professional and personable in their whole approach to the job. Easy to work with and knowledgeable. Some others were too pushy. They wanted to sell other services and push us into making a decision immediately.

I hired RAM, even though they were my highest quote, because I thought I would get the highest quality work with no hassels. I was disappointed. They left their dumpster in the driveway for the three days they were here even though the sales person stated they would remove it every night. They didn't do a good job cleaning up and had to be called back twice. Some roof-to-wall flashing was dented during shingle installation & was replaced only after my request. Roof vent covers were not trimmed correctly and I had to call them back to fix that too. I'm not happy I paid a higher price for this level of service. In the end the roof is OK.

From the time the sales person entered my door to when the crew was leaving RAM Residential did an outstanding job. They were professional, honest, true to their word, timely and reasonable. We had six quotes and RAM Residential sales person was the only one to actually get up on the roof and measure. All the others gave us false information and tried to sell us items that were not needed to jack up their price. After the contract was signed, the roofing team arrived on time. They were careful not to damage the landscape and to get any debris that fell. We would recommend them to our family and friends.

A bit of misunderstanding with the salesman who contracted with us. The crew did a good job overall. Was curious why gutters were hung on angle but was told for better drainage.

Project: Vinyl Siding - Install or Completely Replace
Did a great job on siding and gutters. Workmanship was excellent. Gutters and guards took 4 hours to do. Was very well done and quick. Siding and trim took a lot longer to do than told (3-4 days). Took over 2 weeks and took over a month to start the job. But was happy with job done and would recommend to others.

Apparently, they subcontracted to another company. The people came on the first day and provided a temporary solution and as promised came after thanks giving and provided a permanent solution. Performed good service, made recommendations on other improvements, completed the job in a timely manner. No issues to report. Overall a good experience!
