The project lead was a neighbor who's had occasion to greet me while we were both out walking our dogs. The job was explained, the costs were negotiated reasonably, and it was finished several hours ahead of projection. Beautifully done and with a personal touch: what's not to like? I would recommend RAD Heating and Cooling, Inc. to whomever, even if not a neighbor! Oh, they were also three thousand dollars less than the next closest bidder. You gotta love it.
