He was vague with his job quote. The price of the quote seemed reasonable however; it took him 2.5 hours to connect a line that was already at the service panel and to move a cubicle extension (he was very slow). He hounded me to be paid on the spot, he had two jobs with us. As promised, because we didn't know the actual amount, I had one check cut ASAP and the other in 7 working days, he was not happy. Basically, I will do better with my original contractor that I thought was a little pricey.

The owner called me personally within seconds of receiving my email request, was warm, polite, and professional, and very well-informed. My TV was mounted within the week, and he has offered ongoing technical support when my remotes baffled me and I needed assistance. A genuinely nice man, and very qualified. Highly recommended.
