Craig will perform an extremely thorough home inspection including the roof, attic, insulation, ventilation, electrical, plumbing, heating/colling systems, gas leak detection, foundation, structure, sealing of house, and proper drainage of site. Craig is very knowledgeable and prides himself on making sure his clients truly understand the condition of the home they are purchasing.

Craig was very knowledgeable. I learned a lot of things about home inspections from him. He was able to point out some areas that were of concern and to provide a checklist of things that would need to be with a time frame. I would recommend him to others and the price was excellent.

the service was exceptiona! All my questions were answered and a booklet was given so I could better understand radon exposure. The results were e-mailed the following day. Creg was punctial and very proffesional.

Craig was very professional, knowledgable and thorough, he knows what he is doing. He took the time to answer all of my questions and showed me exactly what he was referring to and even gave me tips on how to remedy some of the minor issues. Would definitely recommend him to everyone needing a home inspection. It was the best investment I ever made.
