Project: Repair a Bath Exhaust Fan
Initial callback contact was prompt. He was the only one of the three referrals that bothered to call back. Called and showed up on time. He seemed knowledgeable and very personable. However, Jose did not follow up on the future work that was proposed for attic exhaust fans & some added outlets. I am very disappointed.

Project: Install a Bath Exhaust Fan
Jose was very professional and personable. I will hire him again. He installed the new Panasonic DC vent fan which is super quiet. He also put the ducting through the attic to the side of the house. Then he installed recessed lights and switches and a chandelier. I supplied all the parts. He also went through the house and adjusted some of my flush lamps. He took care to cover everything to keep it clean, although it was still a little messy when he finished (but as you would expect when working in the ceiling). He even explained what he was doing every step of the way. I was very happy with his service.

Showed up when he said he would, on the same day I called and completed the work the next morning (on a Saturday) since I had very little time to get it done. Also, was able to accommodate us adding on several other things for him to complete while he was there. Overall I was very pleased that I was able to get someone so great to work with on such short notice. He also took the time to explain to us what needed to be done and why and how to save money. I would recommend Jose and would use him again.

Jose...showed up on time. Very professional, stayed focused on the job and made quick revisions. Importantly finished on time. I would hire him back in a heartbeat. (project was to install bathroom exhaust fan.)
