Each of our roofing projects is custom designed. One of our major priorities is to protect your property during construction. Our work sites are prepared the day we start with the arrival of materials and a dumpster. Most of our roof jobs are finished in one or two days, with everything cleaned up and removed when we are done.

Project: Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof
We had Quinn Construction replace the asphalt shingles on our roof last Fall, 2010. They did an excellent job and cleaned the area very well considering the rather messy job scraping off the shingles. The quality of materials and ice barrierstrategy laid down on the roof was solved the ice damming problems seen during previous winters. They also installed ridge vents and chimney pointing during the same time frame with excellent results and service.

They were pleasant, professional and answered my service request right away. They did slate roof and gutter repair so well, that I hired them to do another job the following week. I'm very happy to have found them.

Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof
Work had to be re-done at my cost, since the first repair was insufficient, and not guaranteed. Responsiveness to phone calls and appointments was horrible. Note the person I worked with is no longer at this company, so this rating may not reflect the current operation.

Sorry for the less than customary clean up. High winds can be a problem with job debris To address this we had a quality control meeting and addressed this issue. We are determined to respond to all feedback. We thank you for it.As a company we work on improving to be be better on every job

Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof
We had an ice dam over the really bad melt/freeze weekend in January and were somewhat panicked as water started dripping from our kitchen ceiling. Quinn (Tom himself) said they could come out on a Sunday to take a look but for $360 first hour, and "you can't cancel." I understand it was a busy time, but still, that is not a good attitude to take.Quinn's guys were nice enough and came on time. They cleared lots of snow but not all. The lead guy had some ideas about permanent solutions and said Quinn would call back. But after calling twice, Quinn never got back to us. NE Gutter Kings found/cleared the ice dam. Quinn took advantage of us.

During the horrendous winter we were receiving 40 to 60 phone calls every 20 minutes from references and new customers.WE established the no cancel policy to better serve our customers with prompt,professional service and properly insured and licensed roofers.3@4men crews who did not damage any roofs this winter.We serviced customers on a degree of crisis basis which led us to not responding back as quick as we would have hoped too. Roofing insurance 40% of payroll !00s of happy customers

They were timely. Called right away and came on-site the following day. They A little past the scheduled time, but was friendly and courteous while repairing my shingles that came off the roof.

Tom Quinn and his crew did a great job. Removed old roof, replaced rotted boards, and installed new roof. Also repaired/maintained/replaced gutters. Tom even provided some wooden shakes to replace missing ones on our walls!
