I worked with Vishal remotely to diagnose my PC issue, which allowed for a quicker response time and made it easier to work around my schedule. Through a couple of tests he quickly determined I needed to upgrade my PSU. He was accommodating, knowledgeable, and thorough, and I will definitely call him again if I need help with my computer.
