This company did a fine job at a reasonable price. My only gripe is that they didn't show twice without a phone call. I do understand that they were busy on another job trying to finish. I will still use this company again in the future.

I filled out the information online one evening. The next morning at 7:00 AM Quave called. I was impressed with his urgency. All the others called but not until 9:00 AM or later. I want someone local to service my a/c and heater and someone who will put my needs first.

I used Quave Electric to install a whole house transfer switch for my tractor driven generator. They were the first to contact me. Rob Quave is an extremely knowledgable professional. He asked the right questions to recommend the best solution for my situation. Good communicator who discusses the possible solutions in layman's terms. Planned well and installed quality equipment in a neat, professional manner. Tested and demonstrated the equipment's functionality with our generator. Other quotes were lower but you get what you pay for...
