Ginger K. James was very professional. He cleaned up everday when finshed with the daily work. He was able to go beyond what was originally asked of him with no question. He takes pride in his work which shows with the finsihed product. I have two other rooms to have the hardwood re finshed and he will be the one I call. This being an older house I have had many people work on it and I have to say James was the best in all aspects of expectations. I will recommend me to everyone I talk to.

Refinishing is challenging because I have to custom fit the floor to match existing wood and color in other rooms all have to look good. This is my area of specialty and love to help my client.

After the floor is done we can install base boards in the whole house and resurface your cabinets to match your floors as us how. Prices are reasonable.

Repairing engineered floors is not a joke. This was very challenging. None of the store had the match by size or color but at the end all the repairs were taken care of and the customer was happy. That's a home run.

James did an excellent job in restoring my badly stained wood floors. He took time to find the best finish to give my floors a beautiful look. After the refinishing is done we can help fit in nice base board to make the rooms look better. This is done for a small fee. We can shop for some deals. We advise you on how to maintain your floors using easy steps yet affordable. We have a cleaning clue we can assign this job if its necessary.

Lonnie hired me on the spot to refinish,repair and also provide trims and reducers for different door areas. The floor had suffered water damage and termites a very common problem. At the end of the day all were fixed apart from my check they blessed me with a big tip and a big bag of oranges. I try to keep the bridge open because referrals is the back born of my business. Customer is "THE KING"

Look up master craftsman in the dictionary and you'll see a pic of James...not really, but it should be there! James did an awesome job at an extremely low price. We are couldn't be more satisfied, he is the best of the best...we are so lucky to have found him.

Fixing fire place areas is a common trend home owner request and to match the stain so that no one will know the repairs were done in that area. That is the job. Sounds easy no. I give my best to make sure the customer is happy.

James Lukasi with Quantum is a very honest and trustworthy person. He delivered exactly what he said he would do and was a pleasure to work with. He listened to our concerns and provided real solutions for our floors. He was a professional and a master at his craft in restoring the floors. He did a wonderful job in repairing and restoring our floors which had been neglected for many years. One room even had cupping from water damage which he restored beautifully. Hardwood floor refinishing does require alot of patience and hard work because your going to restore a damaged floor. All floor are not a like. What you do on one might not work on the next house. I study the type of wood to determine my approach to use. Also i work with the customer to know what type of stain would look good on her or his floor. Most customer will give a hit and i just develop it. It was great working with Jacqueline.

James was great. He worked very hard and long making my floors look wonderful. He was patient and and polite. He also gave me the lowest price out of several flooring companies. I would use him again if I had the need.
