Rating: Project: Asphalt Shingle Roofing - Repair We  hired Quality V to fix a gutter drip over our driveway, as the water drip would freeze in the winter and create a icy, slippery patch.   This was a small project.  Quality… Read Complete Rating We  hired Quality V to fix a gutter drip over our driveway, as the water drip would freeze in the winter and create a icy, slippery patch.   This was a small project.  Quality V  repaired the seam where we believed the drip to originate.  On the next snow melt,  the gutter continued to drip in the same general area.   I called and made an appointment for a return visit, took the day off  work and Quality V did not show up.  I called several times after that and was told that Ricardo would return my call and reschedule.   He did  not return my call and reschedule.  I finally gave up and this next winter I will have to deal with the drip agaIn. This was a minor repair.  During this same time period we had Quality V do larger repairs on a more profitable project.   Although,   they were paid for both projects, it appears the smaller one was not as profitable, and not worth the trouble to do the job right.  See All Ratings
