Quality Touch Chem Dry

Most expensive. Left my carpets feeling like they had just put DRY CHEMICALS on them. Did not move furniture as I was told they would do. Did not clean inside bedroom closets. Worst clean I have ever had. Had to have them re-cleaned a week later from the dirt.

We do apologize for your bad experience. Wish we had a chance to rectify the situation. We take pride in our work and also stand behind it. We also DO NOT use any dry chemicals. Our solutions are all mineral based. We do also move furniture, The only thing that we dont move is entertainment centers, hutch's and heavy dressers. Our technicians need to be made aware of what all you want moved and cleaned. IF that was in fact made clear, again we do apologize and wish we were able to make right of this.
